I’m still tweaking my diet. I’ve increase protein, but my caloric intake is still a bit low. For exercise, I walked for an hour and then hit an upper body callisthenic circuit for three rounds. I felt no hunger pangs even though I barely consumed over 2,000 cal. In fact, it was difficult to reach 2,000. I had to add a late evening snack. Lesson: don’t go by the feel; watch the numbers. We’ll see what that weigh-in says o
