Deep in the Mud
Time to clear things up. I’ve fought bronchitis since late January. I seem to have some sort of lingering virus, walking pneumonia, or worse. At the urging of my wife, I’m seeing a doctor on Tuesday. Keeping up with my studies is difficult and working out is near impossible. I’ve manage simply to continue working on my grip and walking in the mornings. It will be a while before I can attack a workout plan and diet with much vigor.

In the Mud
These past two weeks have been survival. All I can say is that if I continue this blog to completion it will be extremely authentic; full of real life stresses that interfere with maintaining good health. The hardest part of failing is admitting it so that you can proceed forward.
